Members are strictly advised to comply by the rules, regulations and laws framed by the club or the management company from time to time.

The membership shall include the allottee and his / her spouse and his / her two children below the age of eighteen. The names and identity of which must be furnished by the member along with the application form.

The member is entitled to bring 5 to 10 guests at a time. On bringing a guest into the club premises the member is required to pay a guest fee at the entrance lobby assigned by the facility management company. The member should be present along with the guest while entering.

The members are requested to make sure that their guests follow all dress codes in all sports and dining areas. They should always respect the rules and regulations of the club.

The member will be entitled for a discounted rate ranging from 10% to 25% on payable items, which will be decided by the management company going forward.

• If the member fails to pay the bill amount raised by the facility management company upon the facilities and utilities enjoyed by the member — including bills raised for food and beverage served in club premises.
• If the member or his / her guest commits an act inconsistent with holding such membership, and the management / board of directors by majority decision and ordinary resolution have resolved to remove him / her from the club membership.
• In such cases the membership will be cancelled and no refund of advance membership fees shall be admissible.

The management shall be absolutely entitled to rent out and permit the use of the banquet hall, open grounds and/or any part or portion of the club premises for marriage functions or any other purposes. In such cases, the usage shall be temporarily blocked for members, who shall not have any right to dishonor the order passed by the management.

Sports facilities like Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Arena, Squash Court and Gym are free for members as per timings decided by the management. However, all other facilities like Spa, Banquets, Rooms and Restaurants are chargeable to members at a discounted rate.

• Dress code — smart casuals and relevant sports attire with non-marking shoes are compulsory when using the multipurpose sports arena.
• Only members can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities for parties.
• Only members can bring their guests.
• Guest entry fee is applicable: ₹50 on weekdays and ₹100 on weekends.
• Corporate members can bring up to 9 guests; if more, they need to book a small banquet space.
• Guests are not allowed to play, swim or use the gym.
• Both members and their guests need to pay and avail services at restaurant, café, room facility, salon and spa. Members will be eligible for subsidized prices and booking priorities.
• All sports activities can be used personally for free under membership. Personal training / coaching will be charged separately.
